Terms of service

These terms govern your use of BugSnitch. By using the product, you agree to them.

License and accounts

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use BugSnitch under your selected plan. You are responsible for your account, license key, connected services, submitted content, and compliance with the rules of repositories you access.

Plans

Free usage is subject to stated limits. Subscriptions renew until canceled. A lifetime license covers the purchased local product features indefinitely and includes updates released during its first 12 months; it does not include future paid cloud services, managed AI costs, or indefinite updates. Optional update access may be offered separately.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse, disrupt, probe, resell, sublicense, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights. You retain rights to your submitted content and grant us only the permission needed to process it for the requested service.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available and may change. To the extent permitted by law, BugSnitch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid during the 12 months before the claim.
