Payments and licenses

Include the email used at checkout and your Polar order reference. Never email your full license key, GitHub token, API key, or password.

Security

For a suspected vulnerability, use the same email with the subject “Security report.” Please avoid accessing other users’ data and allow reasonable time for a fix before disclosure.
